The Van Alstyne Education Foundation was founded on the philosophy that public education can be enhanced through a broad-based system of community support, including individual and corporate donors and partnering with educators to enhance and enrich educational opportunities for students and teachers in the Van Alstyne Independent School District (VAISD).

• Facilitate VAISD scholarships

• Be fiscally sound while continuing to maximize money for students and teachers
